Hoarding disorder is defined as; persistent difficulty discarding or parting with possessions, regardless of their actual value. When it comes to animal hoarding it can cause health and safety issues for first responders, animals and the community. There are three types of animal hoarders. Each hoarder may require a different response by your agency. This webinar will cover how to respond to hoarders, investigative techniques, resources and case studies.
